Never will use cheap tickets again. Bought flight but cannot access itinerary or board pass.

I had to pay my baggage two times because of this app.

I purchased tickets on the app for my husband. After I chose tickets. My husband questioned the time so I went back and forth on the screens. Well this caused the name to reset to my nam e so when I finally checked out I had bought the tickets for myself. Uhg! I contacted customer service and they could not help me! Yep. I was out hundreds of dollars and had to buy another set of tickets!!

I had a hard time getting someone to help me . I missed a trip cause I was sick did not get on my plane . Cheap tickets passed the buck but the other airline gave me trip credit happy camper .

The hotel was clean and comfortable. What stood out the most is the top notch customer service! Every employee was polite, knowledgeable and friendly. All the time!

Wonderful prices on plane tickets!

I‘ve used CheapTickets for years in booking car rental for its easy to find out the total charges. Even it says $2 a day to attract attention, it will show you actually is $22 a day for all the taxes and fees. Once you approach the car rental who wants to scam you, show them the email you get from CheapTickets. If they don’t honor, go to book another one and cancel the old one for free. Been seeing customers being scammed by car rental many times in many cities. Just be aware.

Need I say more?!

I’m very disappointed with this app. When I went to pick up my rental which was reserved for a week prior. That’s when my nightmare began I will never recommend this company to anyone

I use cheaptickets.com all the time for flight/hotel/car rentals. Love it. However, The app has constant errors—most of the time I can’t even log in…. I think I’ll delete the app and stick with the website.

It has alway made things easier

Upon booking, cheap tickets emails a generic email it creates for you. It’s counterproductive that a member cannot have them email a personal email on file

Beware of little to no assistance or support, if needed. They will direct you to contact the airline directly, only for the airline to redirect you back to this app. After 3-5 hours of back and forth, there is still a slime chance that some help available. Definitely proceed with caution.

Needed to rebook paid for insurance talked to someone off shore wouldn’t get me anyone in us screwed out of ticket!! What a joke!!!

I have been buying tickets for years and they never rewarded me for that. When I search and mess us and search agin they jack the price. Won’t use them ever again

The app 1st takes me to a place to book a new flight which makes me panic you lost my booking. Please 1st take me to my current flight based on my phone number.

Everything was excellent. The food was awesome and the servers and wait staff were all wonderful especially the older host in the restaurant inside the hotel they made me feel so special for my birthday.
