This is a nice app to find cheap tickets and hotel rooms for everyone

Updated App is terrible. No flow to the simple functions. Old App had ability to look at days before and after. The flight icons do not make sense. Just put the flight times. Stop making it complicated. Keep it simple.

Love the ease to use, way too fast and simple, love booking on the go and this is just the right guy for me, But where are the bundle deals ??

Before the update there was a package link after the update it was taken away bring back the package link

I have been using CHEAPTICKETS since their ad in the NY Times travel section offered a phone number (pre Internet). Always loved the service and options. This is the worst incarnation of their services ever. No oneway or multi city, no 3days before/3days after, no car packages. Im going to have to find another travel app. Sooooooo disappointed!

Its really frustrating that the flight section has been simplified so much to where one cant choose business class, first class, one way, multi trip, non stop, etc. The options are basically round trip in coach. Lame.

Why dumb it down to an unusable state? This is the feature that brought me to your app. And the lack of it will be the feature that will take me somewhere else.

Doesnt list currency. I am in Canada and even though location services turned on there is no currency listed. I cant find it anywhere is T&Cs either. Would make a big difference if its USD. The price is way to low compared to same flights on others sites. It cant be listed in CAD

This app is a joke. App doesnt work to book the flight and the prices are twice as much on their website. Dont waste your time with this one

Search results are weak. Nothing comes up most of the time.

They do not the honour prices that come up the app, dealing with their call centre is a waste of time, literally hours of transfers and being put on hold - customer service it isnt! Is I could have voted zero, I would have.

The prices look suspiciously low ... Will cheap tickets honour the purchases? Why does it not indicate the currency?

Misleading pricing, there should be laws against companies like this.

App is BS

APP doesnt work. Have to call someone in the Philippines. They took over $3000 out of my bank account for a $600 ticket and I received no ticket and a "were very sorry" in return

This application is a scam. Booking doesnt work and when you look on the website you get double the price that you find on the application. Dont give your card information on this app.

This app is a joke! It was a complete waste of my time! Dont ever try it, youll be disappointed!

The price quoted was not a real price. After calling to verify, I was on the line for 2 hours! I was dealing with salesperson Josh, ID# 87041. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he didnt have one. Apparently, he owns the company if has no supervisor/manager. He informed me that the rate is old and no longer available. I then talked to Candy in Customer Service, ID #068561, she asked to see all the screenshots of the price quoted from this app... Which I took during my 2 hours ordeal. I took screen shots of my trying to purchase the tickers for two hours, during that time, the price never changed. I sent her my screenshots. When she received them, she offered a $50 voucher in a future purchase!!!! WHATT!!????! I still have theres screenshots and have sent their forward. I have not heard anything from this company. This is false advertising and they should be accountable! NEVER USE THIS APP!!!!

The prices are so low because even though you choose an outgoing and return flight, youre only seeing one way. I wanted to buy two tickets and it have me a great price but when I called their terrible customer service line he said it would charge me for the shown price twice! Very sneaky and so many issues with the app.
